We provide disaster prevention radio systems to reliably deliver information during emergencies, as well as relay antennas that excel in locations where radio waves are difficult to receive, such as underground malls and indoor spaces. Furthermore, we are engaged in developing broadcasting equipment that supports government information dissemination for elections, community broadcasts, disaster drills, and other purposes.

Compact Disaster Prevention Radar
We are currently conducting research and development on millimeter-wave band antennas that achieve high gain and high directivity, specifically targeting parabolic antennas in the 40GHz band. Looking ahead, we are advancing the verification of design and analysis technologies with an eye toward applications in social infrastructure fields such as disaster prevention, transportation, and high-precision measurement.

Antennas Supporting Safety-Critical Rail Operations.
To prevent collisions between trains, a “protective radio system” has been introduced that transmits warnings to surrounding trains during emergency stops. Antenna Giken supports safe railway operations by providing dedicated antennas and shared equipment for this communication system.
